Are you an Installer/ Installation Engineer looking to come off the tools and work in the office?

If so, my client are a Security manufacturing company based in the Manchester area who are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support the team with calls coming in from customers that need assistance.

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Technical Support Manager
This is an office based position, with occasional travel to sites
Working on the emergency hotline
You will roughly take around 2500 calls a month
Covering emails as well as via the phone
Speaking with the customers to direct them on product specificatins

To be considered for this position you will be an Installer or you will be within a Technical Support role at the moment within Security, CCTV, Intruder systems companies and have experience liaising with customers.
