Role & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Operations you will take full accountability for the management of the day-to-day operations in the warehouse.
Responsible for three Warehouse Supervisors and their teams across three shifts.
You will ensure the warehouse operation runs smoothly and efficiently in line the changing demands and needs of the business.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years warehouse/logistics experience
Working in a multi-temperature food manufacturing environment
Excellent Health & Safety Knowledge within a warehouse environment
Proven leadership skills with a proactive attitude
Meeting strict despatching deadlines on a daily basis
Working with UK Major Multiple Retailers within the UK and Abroad
IT Literate with hands on experience of computerized stock management systems (ERP/MRP)

Benefits Package:

A starting salary between £40,000 – £45,000
