Working line leader (Nights)

Hunter selections are working closely with a prestigious client near the Monmouthshire area, after seeing a successful start to the year and large increase in orders, they’re looking for a production line leader working permanent nights Monday to Friday.

Duties of the role:

Requesting raw materials in accordance with the production plan.
Carrying out disciplinaries and company absence management policy
Overseeing the team, working with the to hit production targets
Providing cover for the production team during breaks, holidays and absences
Correct stock levels
Responsible for effective operation of the process, machine setup and settings

Experience & skillset:

Experience working in a food manufacturing environment (essential)
Proven experience leading a team
