Our 2025 Social Impact & Our Focus for 2026
As a proud B Corp, 2025 was a year of deepening our purpose — supporting our people, expanding our community impact, and strengthening our partnerships following our certification in 2024.
Here’s a clear look at what we achieved and where we’re heading next.
1. External Impact: Community, Partnerships & Purpose
Collaborating for Good
We broadened our involvement with purpose-led organisations, joining the Bristol Climate & Nature Partnership and championing campaigns such as Better Business Act, Earth Day, Biodiversity Day, and Turn the Tide across our social channels.
We attended both Purposefest events alongside the wider B Corp Bristol community, celebrated our first B Corp anniversary, and continued to promote the movement across our network.
Supporting Our Communities
In 2025 we strengthened partnerships and provided support to:

Together, we donated 320kg of supplies to Clevedon Foodbank, and through our suppliers we also contributed:
- Donations to Shaw Trust and Barnabus
- 46 additional days to Teach the Unreached, helping children across the world access education
- Improved impact tracking on Give Back Days
We supported The Real Wrap Co during their redundancy period, travelling onsite to assist with new employment opportunities.
We also championed pathways programmes and equality in sport through:
International Women in Engineering Day
Gloucester Cricket Club Pathways Programme
Strengthening Industry Standards
This year we:
- For the third time achieved APSCo AMRA accreditation

- Renewed our GLAA licence
- Engaged a Health & Safety consultancy
- Enhanced supplier partnerships
- Introduced new methods for client and candidate feedback, resulting in a 96% year-on-year increase in reviews
2. Internal Impact: People, Culture & Growth
Listening to Our People
Our internal survey results showed strong cultural momentum:
- 96% agreed we have a clear mission and vision
- 8.77/10 pride score
- ED&I training availability increased from 56% in 2024 → 77% in 2025
- We also introduced exit surveys to complement exit interviews and strengthen feedback loops.
Developing & Supporting Our People
Key highlights included:
- Celebrating 20 years of Hunter
- A companywide leadership survey and a two day leadership workshop focused on feedback and governance
- All Senior Consultants attending APSCo leadership training to support organic growth and succession planning
- An additional Mental Health First Aider
- Improved cross-generational understanding through GQ training
- Reinstated process and system audits
We launched our TikTok channel to reach new demographics , primarily for attracting new employees, maintained TJC for the sixth consecutive year, and saw strong engagement through Q4 Social Committee activities.
Survey feedback in 2024 highlighted that our Cardiff building and leased facilities were not aligned with the quality of our other offices. We closed 2024 with a move to a new Cardiff office, offering fantastic facilities including an onsite gym and restaurant. Its location, just one mile from the city centre and train station supports a more diverse talent pool, a better working environment, and improved environmental impact.
Improving Data Governance & AI Adoption
We focused on levelling up knowledge and confidence in AI use, introducing training and an AI policy. Our training session increased average AI knowledge scores from 4.1 to 6.26. We also published blogs on AI and explored how to stay sustainable while adopting new technologies.
Looking Ahead to 2026
In 2026 we will continue to have more social impact in the following areas:
- Deepen B Corp and community partnerships
- Grow our Give Back Days programme
- Expand knowledge and skills in our teams around AI, ED&I, GQ and leadership development
- Increase stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to industry improvement through responsible, ethical practice
We continue to aspire to be a good business to work for and to work with.
