Roles/Responsibilities

Create and develop 3D models and detailed drawings for a range of mechanical attachments, ensuring they are suitable for manufacture
Work closely with internal teams to turn concepts and customer requirements into practical, cost-effective design solutions
Communicate with suppliers and external partners to resolve technical queries and support design updates
Collaborate with the shop floor to ensure designs are manufacturable and make adjustments where needed
Support ongoing product improvements by reviewing existing designs and suggesting enhancements

What We’re Looking For

Experience in mechanical design, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
Proficient in 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks
Practical understanding of translating designs into manufacturable products
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Exposure to fabrication, sheet metal, or heavy equipment design is advantageous but not essential
