Key Responsibilities:

Support the team leader, by mentoring junior colleagues.
Supported Lean manufacturing
Planned workloads and maintained team efficiency
Creating and maintaining SOP documentation.

What We are looking for:

Able to read mechanical drawings
Ability to Fault Find
Continuous improvement mindset and skills
Mentoring and leadership Experience
