Our client is a well-known fast-paced manufacturer, part of a larger group in the UK. They are now looking for a maintenance manager to run their new shift in their fast-paced production facility.

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing a team of 5 engineers
Managing contractors
Reactive and Preventative maintenance
Conducting toolbox talks
Root cause analysis and fault-finding

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification or higher
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience as a maintenance manager, maintenance supervisor, maintenance team leader or in a similar role.
Electrical / Mechanical maintenance experience
Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics
PLC Fault-finding experience (Desired)
18^th Edition Wiring Regulations (Desired)
