Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Panama Shift Pattern – £50,000 + Excellent Benefits Location: Telford

What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of modern automated, pneumatic and electro‑mechanical machinery
Using a root‑cause analysis approach to drive long‑term reliability and reduce downtime
Taking ownership of electrical fault‑finding, diagnostics and corrective actions
Managing and maintaining critical spares and parts inventory
Working with a high degree of autonomy, while supporting and mentoring junior engineers
Contributing to continuous improvement across engineering and production

What You’ll Need

Time‑served Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical competence
Confident with electrical fault‑finding on automated systems
Good understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
NVQ Level 3 minimum in Engineering (HNC / NVQ Level 4 desirable)
Basic PLC fault‑finding experience (advantageous)
FMCG or high‑volume manufacturing background (highly desirable)
